Senior Architectural Site Engineer

Share the review & evaluation of Arch. design packages intended for tendering for constructability and integrity.
Lead and guild the junior Architects and follow-up their work activities.
Observe, Inspect & approve contractors' site activities submittals including but not limited to; inspection requests, MIRs …. etc.
Managing the works execution on site & preparing performance data information.
Coordinate with Contractors to ensure the projects are running efficiently.
Coordinate with Constructive Project Controls team to ensure implementing the overall • operation plans as agreed by the Client.
Report & take action regarding noted quality deviations by Contractors.
Coordinate with HSE officer for agreeing the required site safety measures.
Coordinate with other trades engineers for integrity and proper arrangement of site construction activities.
Inspection Contractors’ site activities & compare the compliance with Contract specifications.
Follow-up of Contractors’ work progress and highlight any nonconformance with the Contract design documents.
Other tasks may be assigned by line manager.
