Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and revise shop drawings based on site or consultant feedback.
- Assist in developing conceptual, schematic, and detailed design packages.
- Assist in preparing as-built documentation post-construction.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure design integration.
- Track drawing submissions and updates to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain proper filing of drawings, documents, and correspondence.
- Follow up on RFIs, submittals, and other communication with consultants and contractors.
- Attend site visits to gather information for drawing updates or clarifications.
- Help resolve on-site issues by referencing approved drawings and specs.
- Assist in researching materials, construction methods, and building codes
Job Requirements:
- Immediate Joiners are Highly Recommended.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.
- 4+ years of Experience.
- Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D Max.
- Experience in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and architectural detailing.
- Knowledge of document control, BOQs, material submittals, and RFI handling.
- Exposure to construction sites and coordination with contractors.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle technical documentation accurately.
- Familiarity with consultancy work procedures (reviewing submittals, issuing comments, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word for reporting and tracking.
