Talent Acquisition Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use job boards, social media, and networking to discover potential candidates for open positions.

• Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit for specific job openings.

• Perform preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and motivations.

• Interviewing candidates as per the needed discipline.

• Ensure that all necessary documentation is available before proceeding with the hiring process.

• Maintaining Recruitment Databases to ensure accurate tracking of applications and statuses.

• Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they are attractive and aligned with company branding.

• Assist senior talent acquisition with various administrative tasks, such as preparing offer letters and onboarding documents, welcome package and archiving data of candidates and new hires.

• Assist in organizing job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other outreach activities to attract candidates.

• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and onboarding to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Coordinate orientation sessions, including scheduling training and introducing new hires to team members.

Qualifications:

• Consulting experience from an engineering background is an added value.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent English language skills are a must.
